Shot Blasting

 

We have the facilities to shot blast all sorts of things.  Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to shot blast large parts eg: rear axles. 

We can shot blast clean all alloy and steel parts.

Are you tired of seeing old rusty parts on your car? We have the facilities to clean your old parts and bring them back to life and look like new once again.

Here we have an old steel cam cover that has been on a car and seen years on neglect.

After a session in the blasting cabinet, the rust is cleaned away to leave nice shiney new steel ready to prime and paint and bring it back to life so it looks like new again.

We can clean almost anything be it radiator surrounds, brake hubs, cam covers, manifold inlet and exhaust we can even clean up old tired alloy wheels. (check out wheel refurbs)

Here is an example of an old inlet manifold before it has been shot blasted clean.

After a session using the blasting cabinet, the inlet is ready for either fitting back on the car or it could be painted in primer and painted any colour you like.
